The radio is reporting and overturned oil tanker in the ocean. The tanker was carrying nuclear waste and the contents were dumped when the ship rolled. Reports are coming in from the coastal areas around the accident about the dead coming back to life and attacking the living. The radio is advising everyone to stay indoors. the marina?
